While Treetec has pioneered the development and installation of introduced wildlife hollows and cavities, we believe nest boxes and log boxes still have a role to play in enhancing habitat and for positive conservation and biodiversity outcomes.

Wildlife nest boxes have played a significant role in creating wildlife habitat for many years. They will continue to do so whilst there is a shortage of natural hollows for wildlife in our increasingly urbanised natural environments and modified wild forests.

Our unique team of ecologists and arborists have extensive experience in planning and installing nest and log boxes for a variety of target species in different habitats.

Additionally, our arborists can also help with creation of both nest and log boxes, if required. We have access to raw materials where natural wood and hollowed logs of value from previous jobs can be recycled back into wildlife habitat.

Please contact us for more information regarding the installation of pre-purchased wildlife nesting boxes or if you would like assistance from Treetec in developing wildlife habitat plan for your property using a range of methods.
