Artificial Wildlife Hollows – Rosanna Parklands.

Over many years our Treetec team have developed and refined a specialised method for carving chainsaw hollows for wildlife in living trees. Introducing artificial hollows to non-hollow bearing (young) trees in urban parklands to create nesting habitat for wildlife.

Here is a short video created by Banyule City Council showcasing a recent habitat project Treetec were pleased to be involved in.

We have to thank Banyule City Council, Friends of the Wildlife Reserves inc., and Steve Griffiths for engaging us to use our skills to enhance habitat within Rosanna Parklands.
